Manager/Chief Manager Sales – General Takaful

 What we are looking for

• 4–6 years’ proven sales experience in General Takaful/Insurance or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Excellent market knowledge, negotiation & relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven, with a growth & customer-first mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for General Takaful products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings to understand takaful needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Peshawar, Islamabad, Faisalabad & Multan.
